Exchanges & Returns
Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please fill out our Contact Form here or email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your request. Please include the following information: Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description for the return or exchange.
All returns must be submitted unworn, in perfect condition, with original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Once we receive your items, refunds and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been processed. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days to see the refunded amount in your account based on payment processing company.
At this time, international orders, items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, special orders, gift cards, service fees and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable.
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
